DESIGN PROCESS

Now the fun begins, and the vision starts to come to life. All our design projects are sparked by a source of inspiration. We begin with a color palette, fabric, a finish, or a material. From tiles and cabinets to textiles and surfaces, we begin curating all the visual elements needed to bring the concept to life. It’s all about creating a cohesive and compelling visual story. As your designer, we will develop a personalized plan, collaborate on vendor drawings as well as architectural and construction documents, and maintain open communication to ensure the project progresses according to plan. Contractors appreciate the level of detail we provide as we collaborate with them to ensure that the work they do is completed to your expectations.

PROCUREMENT

With the design phase complete, it’s time to begin the implementation phase. Behind the scenes, we’ll be working closely with the other team professionals; placing orders; managing logistics; and coordinating every detail to ensure the design plan comes to life flawlessly.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

This essential step is like the glue that keeps the project moving and keeps everyone involved informed and on point.  While we are keeping our fingers on the pulse of every detail, the vendors, contractors, and other specialists are busy creating your beautiful space. Whether it’s building from the ground up, remodeling, or working in an existing space, we conduct site visits during our project milestones handling all the unexpected things that arise during a project. We keep a watchful eye on EVERYTHING that is happening throughout the process.
